Mental Health Support Worker – Northern Healthcare

Hourly rate: Β£12.91 per hour starting rate, enhanced overtime rates, excellent benefits package, career progression opportunities, full training and development support.

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, positive and person-centred approach
  • Experience in care, support work, mental health services, or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
  • Experience supporting a family member, friend or individual with additional needs (welcomed)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Two satisfactory references covering the last three years
  • Ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
