- Developing daily living skills
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Managing appointments and medication
- Budgeting and household tasks
- Accessing education, employment, and community activities

What We're Looking For
- A caring, positive and person‑centred approach
- Experience in care, support work, mental health services, or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
- Experience supporting a family member, friend or individual with additional needs (welcomed)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Two satisfactory references covering the last three years
- Ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
