  • Support NGN's Education Strategy by identifying collaborative opportunities and working closely with colleagues.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions, including “Train the Trainer” programs for partner organisations connected to grassroots communities, ensuring key messages on gas safety and affordable warmth reach those who need them most.
  • Keep training records accurate and up to date by coordinating with the Operational Training Team to maintain NGN's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Travel across the network as required to deliver training and provide on-site support.
  • Ensure all initiatives and approved projects comply with NGN's training guidelines and align with the Customer Vulnerability & Competency Framework.
  • Promote awareness of carbon monoxide safety, fuel poverty, energy efficiency, and Priority Services Register through engaging training content.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and best practices to enhance training delivery and outcomes.

We are looking for:

  • Ability to work collaboratively and motivate a wide range of people.
  • Awareness of issues affecting customers in vulnerable circumstances, including energy efficiency, gas safety, and Priority Services.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Why join NGN?

  • Salary from £34,154 per annum.
  • Annual bonus of up to 5%, recognising your contribution and performance.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus recognised bank holidays and 2 additional half-days over the Christmas period.
