In this role you will:
- Develop and manage planning schedules across E&I, Mechanical and Pipeline activities (including Site Pride), with a clear understanding of workload scope and delivery requirements.
- Work with the Site Manager to identify and schedule appropriate manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
- Ensure maintenance activities are planned safely, efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Support schedule execution by monitoring real‑time progress, managing work orders and responding to issues to maintain productivity.
- Manage System Control/Dispatch faults in line with company SLAs, using MI reporting to identify priorities and areas of concern.
- Produce and present MI reports, contributing to regular meetings with Maintenance, System Control and Pressure Management teams.
- Raise work orders accurately, maintaining strong data integrity and understanding its impact on RRP.
- Apply and maintain Maintenance Strategies, including creation, amendment and deactivation where required.
- Support to the Maintenance Site Manager.
- Support procurement activities, including raising POs, goods receipting and securing E&R resources for planned work.
- Arrange site access with third parties and plan non‑work time activities such as training, testing and health assessments.
- Monitor and approve time‑off requests, including annual leave, lieu time and standby rota.
We are looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different disciplines and levels within NGN.
- Experience using SAP S/4HANA.
- A clear understanding of individual responsibilities, team objectives and priorities, with awareness of cost and performance impact.
- Previous experience using the MRS Scheduling Tool.
- An understanding of capital project planning, enabling effective coordination alongside operational maintenance activity.
Benefits
- Salary from £33,020 per annum.
- Annual bonus of up to 5%.
- 25 days of annual leave, plus recognised bank holidays and 2 additional half‑days over the Christmas period.
- Occupational sick pay available after the first 2 calendar days of statutory sick pay.
- Generous stakeholder pension scheme, doubling your contribution, up to 10%.
