Northern Gas Networks is seeking an Emergency Works Scheduler to join its Dispatch Team in Sunderland. You will schedule and dispatch both emergency and non-emergency work, acting as the key contact between customers and field-based Gas Operatives, ensuring safety, efficiency and OFGEM compliance.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, with occasional Saturdays during peak periods and a weekday rest day in return.
