The Opportunity

We’re looking for a People Admin Team Leader to lead our People Administration Team and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality, efficient and compliant HR administrative services. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, and ensure service levels, accuracy and compliance standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on leadership, process improvement, systems and data.

What exactly will you do?

  • Line manage and develop the People Administration Team
  • Oversee daily HR administrative operations, inboxes and workflows
  • Ensure service levels, accuracy and compliance (including GDPR) are met
  • Support HR processes including contracts, documentation and leave administration
  • Use Excel and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and produce management reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Support wider business projects and operational initiatives as required

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant administrative or business qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong background in administration within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting and data analysis)
  • Experience using business systems such as HR, CRM or ERP platforms
  • Ability to work confidently with data, reporting tools and spreadsheets
