What is the job about?

Duties of the Billing Administrator will include verifying annual consumptions that we as a company have contracted to help maintain accuracy on billing suppliers.

What exactly will you do?

  • Write and distribute emails to a range of stakeholders including internal employees and customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to obtain customers’ bills.
  • Working in conjunction with our Finance department to review anomalies within the data or payments.
  • Update and maintain billing policies and procedures.
  • Completing accurate calculations on annual consumptions from bills or meter readings
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks provided from senior management.
  • Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
  • Working with Microsoft packages including Excel.
  • Any other duties that are deemed appropriate from time to time.

  • Working knowledge with CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in a target driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
