Joining NGP means becoming part of an ambitious international team with a strong UK base and offices across Europe, India and Dubai. You will work alongside experienced specialists across the business, using systems, insight and smart tools to support better decisions and stronger outcomes.
The opportunity:
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the company in finding and recruiting new employees.
- You will identify, attract, screen, shortlist, and interview suitable candidates for a range of roles within our organisation.
- You will be expected to create candidate pipelines for various vacancies through networking, whilst utilising all avenues possible to attract candidates to our roles.

What exactly will you do?
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and CV databases).
- Source candidates for both high volume and niche roles.
- Screen CVs and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.
- Work with hiring managers to develop an appropriate recruitment and selection process.
- Respond to applicants and support a positive candidate experience.
- Update systems accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on vacancies.
- Identify challenges and look to implement solutions.
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, 1st and 2nd interviews and face to face interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an internal talent acquisition function (desirable).
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases.
- Solid understanding of either resourcing as a standalone skill or full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to learn quickly and to work independently to achieve deadlines and targets.
