The energy market changes daily meaning that every day is a new day, following from the 2022 energy crisis, businesses need expertise now more than ever so we’re looking for reliable, determined individuals to support customers and educate them of supply & demand and assist their future renewals. If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the energy industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What exactly will you do?

  • Cold call potential clients and explain NGP’s services (B2B role)
  • Challenge and improve customer procurement strategies
  • Work with closers on tenders and supplier negotiations (87 global suppliers)
  • Build and manage client relationships and accounts
  • Monitor pipelines for renewal or new opportunities
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

You’ll receive full industry and sales training during onboarding. After this, you’ll develop and manage your own client portfolio with independence to organise your work schedule.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven sales experience, in a B2B Energy sales environment
  • At least 6 months of B2B Energy sales experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills – professional and articulate
  • Ability to work under pressure when needed and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment
  • Driven character, enthusiastic and passionate
  • Self-motivated, with a drive and passion for success
