Outbound Sales Lead Generator
£27,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Gateshead | Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
This is a specialist outbound prospecting role. You will be calling UK businesses, identifying and qualifying key decision-makers, and generating leads for our Energy Consultants.
No energy sector experience is required. What matters is a proven track record of phone-based B2B sales and the discipline to perform consistently at pace.

Our Lead Generators are the front line of new business development, responsible for opening commercial conversations with decision-makers across the UK. The role is fast-paced and target-driven, built for people who thrive on outbound activity and want to be rewarded directly for their output.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making high-volume outbound calls to UK businesses every day
- Identifying and qualifying key decision-makers such as MDs, FDs, office managers and procurement leads
- Logging all activity accurately in our CRM system
- Hitting daily and weekly call and revenue KPI’s
- Developing working knowledge of the UK energy market, including how businesses procure gas and electricity contracts
What We're Looking For
- You have made 50+ outbound calls per day in a previous role and can evidence it
- You have worked in a target-driven environment and can point to specific results you delivered against measurable KPIs
- You have worked in a high-rejection environment (cold calling, door-to-door, field sales) and sustained your performance
- You are open to coaching and committed to improving your performance daily
- Minimum 12 months of outbound calling or B2B telephone sales experience
- You will be asked to demonstrate your sales ability live during the interview process
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK

This Is Not for You If
- You are not comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day
- You are looking for a remote or hybrid role. This is 100% office-based in Gateshead
- You cannot commute to Gateshead Quays, Tyne and Wear, five days per week
- You are not legally entitled to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Your sales experience is entirely retail, face-to-face, or consumer (D2C)
