Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a General Service Assistant to join our team at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, GU15 4PQ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join a busy catering and hospitality operation, gaining experience across a variety of service areas.

What you'll be doing
- Operating tills and handling customer transactions accurately
- Providing front-of-house customer service
- Supporting kitchen porter duties as required
- Assisting with bar service where required
- Working across multiple catering and hospitality areas to support business needs
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas are well maintained
- Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
About you
- Must be over 18 for bar work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible approach to working across different areas of the operation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Previous hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
Additional Information
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check prior to commencing employment
