Join Our Award-Winning Team! We are seeking an outgoing and confident person to undertake external viewings on behalf of our Ashton office on a Part-Time basis.

The Role

  • A client facing role accompanying prospective tenants on house property viewings, you will be responsible for promoting Ryder & Dutton.
  • We are looking for someone who can work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday to conduct viewings in Ashton and the surrounding areas.
  • Additional hours may be offered based on demand for viewings.
  • There will also be an element of supporting the team with brand promotion and client services, which may include leaflet distribution in the local area.

Hours:

  • Friday: 12pm - 7pm in Summer / 10am - 5pm in Winter (in line with British Summer Time changes)
  • Saturday: 10am - 4pm
  • Sunday: 10am - 4pm

You will need:

  • A mature and outgoing personality
  • Good local knowledge
  • Good time management
  • Access to own vehicle, insured for business use
