Mortimers in Clitheroe is seeking a Full Time Property Inspector to join the busy team. You will visit rental properties to document and assess tenancy compliance and property condition, reporting findings to the management team.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 with 1 hour unpaid lunch, plus Saturdays on a rota basis. Salary: £26,500. You will also handle post-inspection admin, liaise with landlords and tenants, and promote Mortimers' services.
