Join Our Award-Winning Team! We are seeking an outgoing and confident person to undertake external viewings on behalf of our Saddleworth office on a Part-Time basis.
The Role: A client facing role accompanying prospective tenants on house property viewings, you will be responsible for promoting Ryder & Dutton. We are looking for someone who can work every Monday and Sunday to conduct viewings in Saddleworth and the surrounding areas. Additional days and hours may be offered based on demand for viewings. There will also be an element of supporting the team with brand promotion and client services, which may include leaflet distribution in the local area.
Hours:
- Monday: 11:30am - 6:30pm in Summer / 10:30am - 5:30pm in Winter (in line with British Summer Time changes)
- Sunday: 10am - 4pm
You will need:
- A mature and outgoing personality
- Good local knowledge
- Good time management
- Access to own vehicle, insured for business use
