An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton Lettings as a Full Time Valuer working across North Leeds.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Valuer to join our team. Previous experience of property valuations is essential as you will need to be able to hit the ground running. The main focus of the Valuer role will be generating instructions by carrying out as many market appraisals as possible as well as following up on appointments to win business and to cross-sell our additional services. There are plenty of opportunities to earn uncapped commission in this role.

You must have your own vehicle available for use and this must be insured for business use. You must have a good knowledge of the Leeds area alongside relevant valuation experience.

You will need:

  • A passion for property & people.
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant Valuer experience.
  • A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good IT literacy.

Basic Salary - From £28,000 plus bonus OTE IRO £45,000 UNCAPPED. Plus Car Allowance.
