Our people are some of the best in the business and we are looking for an experienced, confident, hard-working and outgoing individual to lead our busy team at our branch in Guiseley.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful conversion of valuation to sales, along with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic and positive attitude. You will have an excellent all round knowledge and experience of the process from the valuation/instruction process through to offer and sales negotiation, including the sales progression/conveyancing process to exchange and completion. You will have a natural ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with your clients as well as the ability to maximise cross selling opportunities and inspire and lead a team. The post holder will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning, develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets as well as managing branch performance, including sales, customer service, and employee productivity
A full UK driving licence is essential.
The post holder will be required to work such hours as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the office, including some Saturdays (1 in 3 minimum) from 09:00am to 3.30pm.
2 years minimum valuation experience is essential.
OTE IRO £50,000 Plus Uncapped + Car Allowance.
