Accompanied Viewing Representative in Blackburn

We are seeking an outgoing and confident person to undertake external viewings on behalf of our Blackburn office.

The Role

A client facing role accompanying prospective tenants on house property viewings, you will be responsible for promoting Mortimers. We are looking for someone who can work every Saturday and Sunday to conduct viewings in Blackburn and the surrounding areas.

You will need:

• ·A mature and outgoing personality
• ·Good local knowledge
• ·Good time management
• ·Access to own vehicle, insured for business use

Hours: Saturday and Sunday 9:30am - 4pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break

Salary: £7,931.04 plus mileage

You must have a full driving licence and use of your own vehicle which must be insured for business purposes
