Following financial close in December 2024, NEP is progressing into execution, with construction due to start mid‑2025. To support this next phase, NEP is seeking an experienced C&P Manager to lead contracting and procurement activity for the Humber Onshore Major Capital Project.

Key Requirements
- Strong background in C&P management for major capital projects within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrable FEED / front‑end contracting strategy experience and strong familiarity with FEED, EPC, and EPCM contracting models.
- Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end procurement, negotiations, contract drafting, and supplier performance management.
- Experience embedding procurement processes, controls, and reporting frameworks in developing or transitional organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working with JV partners, regulators, and senior leadership.
