Salary Range: SCP 31-33, FTE salary £43,149.00 - £45,529.00, pro rata salary £40,077.95 - £42,288.56
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Full Time, 37 hours, 41 weeks, 48.299 paid weeks

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Learning Manager to join our Extended Leadership Team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will hold strategic oversight of pastoral care, safeguarding, attendance, and behaviour across a Key Stage. You will drive high standards, shape whole-school pastoral strategy, line manage our dedicated Learning Managers, and ensure that every student—particularly those who are vulnerable or at risk of underachievement—is supported to thrive and succeed.
