Salary Range: SCP 7 – SCP 8 £27,274 - £27,709 FTE (£22,794.06 - £23,157.61 pro rata salary)
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment

Thorp Academy is seeking a dedicated Language Support Assistant to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) learning activities. Under an agreed system of supervision, you will plan, prepare, and deliver MFL learning activities for individuals, small groups, or whole classes. You will work with all pupils, including those who need particular support to overcome barriers to learning, while monitoring, assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil achievement, progress, and development.
