Northern Education Trust – Hetton Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Supervisor who truly wants to enhance the life chances of the children and young people under our care. The successful candidate will:
- Supervise students on work left in accordance with Academy policy.
- Develop and promote positive relationships with students.
- Act as a role model and set high expectations.
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.
- Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
- Encourage students to interact and work co‑operatively with others.
Although this is a fixed term contract for 1 year we can offer the right candidate an excellent opportunity for career progression both within the Academy, and the Trust, as well as a supportive professional environment with a highly visible and ambitious leadership team.
