Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Part Time - 28 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. 45.942 paid weeks

Frederick Nattrass Primary Academy are looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across all year groups at our Ofsted rated Good academy.We are looking for a motivated and child centred individual who will be part of a vibrant, supportive community, committed to academic excellence and holistic development of every student.
. Main duties include:
- Provide small group assistance during lessons, adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, and help pupils engage with the curriculum.
- Prepare and adapt learning materials, set up classrooms, and assist with the use of technology and other resources.
- Support students in developing social skills, encourage positive behaviour, and offer comfort and reassurance when needed.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, carers, and other professionals, such as speech and language therapists, to support students effectively.
- Undertake minor clerical duties, such as photocopying and preparing resources.
