Post: Site Manager (Maternity Cover)

Contract Type: Fixed Term until July 2027 (or at the return of the original post holder)

Salary Range: SCP16 – SCP18 (£30,518 - £31,537)

Working Type: Full Time (37 hours per week)

Base: Essa Academy, Lever Edge Lane, Bolton, BL3 3HH

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our school on a maternity cover basis. Our school is proud to be rated strong in all areas by Ofsted, reflecting our commitment to maintaining a safe, well-organised, and high-quality learning environment for all pupils and staff.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, taking responsibility for premises management, health and safety compliance, and the upkeep of our facilities to the highest standard. Working closely with the leadership team, you will help sustain the positive, welcoming environment that underpins our school’s success.
