Northern Education Trust’s Thorp Academy is seeking an inspirational Inclusion Coordinator to lead our DEEP support team and champion high-quality, inclusive provision across the academy. You will take responsibility for all aspects of inclusion, with a focus on supporting vulnerable learners, EAL pupils and students with SEND, in partnership with the SENDCO to personalise academic and social targets. You will line manage SEND and EAL staff, oversee inclusion strategy and progress tracking.
