Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with a good track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 30 academies; 17 secondary and 13 primaries across the North of England in fourteen Local Authority regions.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual who is wanting to progress and develop into a career in human resources. The ideal candidate will have first-rate organisational and ICT skills including the ability to multitask and manage a number of conflicting priorities in order to support the HR team with all administrative related matters. The role will entail working closely with, and supporting, the HR Team. You will be required to deal with the incoming day to day enquiries to the HR department and undertake any project work delegated to you by the Director of HR. You will have excellent team working skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. There may be a requirement to travel to academies across the Trust on occasion.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in Human Resources and will be looking for a position into which they can grow, learn and develop new skills.
Holiday entitlement is 32 days per year (September to August). All other conditions are NJC conditions. Service with a body listed on the redundancy modification order will be recognised for continuous service purposes.
