Salary Range: Grade 6, SCP23 – SCP25 £35,570.00 - £37,563.00 FTE (pro rata £31,426.10 - £33,186.91)
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Full Time 37 hours per week, 39 working weeks, 45.942 paid weeks

We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Cover Manager to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our academy. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will oversee the daily coordination of staff cover, manage Cover Supervisors, liaise with supply agencies and ensure lessons continue with minimal disruption. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll work closely with academy leaders and teaching staff, helping to ensure high-quality learning continues and manage student behaviour whilst supervising whole classes during short term teacher absences. This role will involve covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
