Management: Serve as the gatekeeper for "the Bridge," coordinating lesson attendance and maintaining an up-to-date weekly timetable.
Curriculum
Support: Liaise with teachers to source subject-specific work and provide suitably differentiated materials for SEND students.
Resource
Development: Create specialized resources focused on anger management, behavior management, and social skills.
Student
Mentorship: Act as a primary point of contact for vulnerable students, helping them develop literacy, numeracy, ICT, and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Inclusion Co-ordinator, parents, carers, and outside agencies like the Education and Welfare Officer (EWO).
Progress
