Salary Range: Grade 4, SCP 10-12, FTE salary £27,694.00 - £28,598.00, pro rata salary £24,568.00 - £25,266.00
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: 37 hours, 39 working weeks, 45.942 paid weeks

Are you an experienced SEND practitioner with a passion for helping vulnerable young people thrive? Northern Education Trust is looking for a dedicated Assistant Hub Manager to join our DEEP Support team.
In this vital role, you will work closely with the Hub Manager and SENCO to lead the daily operations of our Additional Resourced Provision (Hub). You will help bridge the gap between specialist care and mainstream inclusion, ensuring students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) receive the nurtured, tailored support they need to succeed.
As a lead practitioner, you will establish a safe, structured, and predictable environment designed to reduce anxiety and promote self-esteem for students with complex vulnerabilities—particularly those with Autism and Communication and Interaction needs. Your day-to-day work will involve delivering targetedinterventions, applying proactive regulation strategies to de-escalate emotional distress, and deploying a team of Specialist Teaching Assistants to where support is most urgently needed.
