The Purchasing Manager & Commercial Manager is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing activities to ensure the organization obtains high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. This role focuses on cost optimization, risk management, and supply continuity.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors
- Lead RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and pricing agreements
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, supply chain)
- Track procurement KPIs and prepare reports
- Sourcing cost saving
- Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Analytical and cost management abilities
- Supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of supply chain processes and risk management
- Data Centre/ GPU/ Software Storage knowledge (nice to have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA) preferred
- Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus
- Typically 5-10 years in procurement or supply chain roles
- Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations
