The Purchasing Manager & Commercial Manager is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing activities to ensure the organization obtains high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. This role focuses on cost optimization, risk management, and supply continuity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Lead RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and pricing agreements.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, supply chain).
  • Track procurement KPIs and prepare reports.
  • Sourcing cost saving.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Analytical and cost management abilities.
  • Supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and risk management.
  • Data Centre/GPU/Software Storage knowledge (nice to have).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus.
  • Typically 5-10 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
