Job Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing day-to-day receivables across an international portfolio of companies, including invoicing, collections, dunning and account reconciliations while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and tax requirements.

The role will also support financial reporting, analysis and process optimisation, providing broad exposure to a multi-entity international finance environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Audit, control and booking of all current business transactions (incl. accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as dunning) of international companies with different legal forms in compliance with legal and tax regulations
  • Preparation of and assistance with company and financial audits
  • Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Support in the preparation of the monthly advance turnover tax return
  • Analysis and optimization of existing work processes
  • Preparation of financial evaluations and statistics

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance/controlling or equivalent degree, ideally further training as an accountant
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably with a capital market background
  • Ability to independently carry out all activities related to financial accounting
  • Conscientious and structured way of working as well as analytical thinking skills
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • High quality awareness and affinity for numbers
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as confident handling of IT-supported accounting systems
