We are excited to offer an opportunity to become part of our dynamic Bury District Nursing Team. We are seeking a passionate Band 6 Nurse to make a positive impact in the community.

You will provide high-quality support to patients and their families in various community settings, contributing to projects that prevent hospital admissions and facilitate smooth discharges.
