Are you an experienced dietitian looking to work in the in-patient setting? An exciting opportunity has arisen within the acute adult team at Fairfield Hospital. This role offers the chance to work in specialist areas including stroke, parenteral nutrition, and critical care, as well as with in-patients with eating disorders and disordered eating admitted for medical intervention.

You will have opportunities to expand your knowledge, develop staff training, and maintain your professional development. You will play a key role in developing the dietetic service, auditing clinical practice, and improving patient care. You will support and supervise student placements and Dietetic Assistants, and help raise the profile of dietetics. You will be involved in developing, implementing, and auditing patient care practices as part of Clinical Governance. Development posts will be considered.

You will be the clinical lead for dietetics, working alongside senior colleagues to provide quality nutritional assessment and intervention, ensuring evidence-based practice and supporting service development.
