A great opportunity for an enthusiastic forward thinking Team member to join the Catering Department at Royal Oldham Hospital. This post is full time, 22.5 hours per week, Monday – Sunday and could include Bank Holiday working on a rota basis which attracts additional enhanced pay. Being flexible to the needs of the service and previous experience of large scale catering would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team producing high quality nutritious meals for staff, visitors and patients.
- Compliance with food hygiene standards and regulations including HACCP monitoring system will form a large part of this role.
- Play an important role in the production of a high quality professional service.
