We are looking for someone passionate about sales and customer service to join our business with a desire to deliver customer service excellence. You will be part of the sales office team analysing and processing customers purchase orders, serving customers on the trade counter when required and helping the branch in growing and developing new and lapsed customer accounts.
We are looking for:
· Accurate inputting and analysing of customers purchase orders;
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Exceptional standard of customer service;
· Excellent face to face and telephone people skills;
· Excellent and proficient administration skills;
· Ability to give up to date and knowledgeable product advice (product training provided)
· Knowledge of building trade – preferred but not essential
· Knowledge of Microsoft office.

Working hours are 40 hours per week – Mon-Fri and Sat 08:00-11:00 (Rota – paid at time and a half. )

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,499.20 per year
