What we’re looking for: We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our Creative team and help shape high-quality digital experiences for ambitious brands. You’ll take a lead role across websites and ecommerce projects, balancing strong visual craft with usability, performance, and commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and project managers, own work from concept through to delivery, and help raise the creative standard across the studio.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high-quality websites, digital content, and ecommerce experiences.
- Leading projects from brief to delivery, spotting opportunities and solving problems along the way.
- Creating design solutions that balance creativity, UX, conversion, and brand.
- Shaping and protecting client brands across digital touchpoints.
- Contributing to design systems, guidelines, and best practice.
- Presenting ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior designers.
- Playing a role in pitches and new business where needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in a digital design role, ideally agency-side.
- Strong experience designing for screen, including ecommerce journeys (PLPs, PDPs, basket and checkout).
- Excellent visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Solid UX understanding and familiarity with CRO principles.
- Confidence explaining design thinking and decisions.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Nice to have:
- Motion or After Effects experience.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
- Experience contributing to winning pitches.
