Role
Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Rugby Coach who can motivate and develop students of all levels of ability. Working within our team of Coaches and with the Sports Development Coordinator, the ideal candidate will positively contribute to our Sport Enrichment programme which is made available to all students on Wednesday afternoons, by conducting training sessions and deploying strategies to build upon the strengths and weaknesses of both individual players and the team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for rugby and contribute to the Sport Enrichment programme.
- Deploy strategies to develop individual players and the team.
- Work with the Sports Development Coordinator and coaching staff to support program objectives on Wednesday afternoons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote safe and positive sporting experiences for students.
