NWCare are holding Open Recruitment Days in their Rathfriland Branch - 2/4 Downpatrick Street, Rathfriland every Thursday. Call into the branch and meet the team (any day) and learn about the roles available. Interviews can be arranged or carried out on the day.

Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users’ needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. These positions offer an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those in your care.

We are recruiting home care assistants to cover both full time and part time rotas in Rathfriland, Warrenpoint and Hilltown. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. The rota pattern is 4/3: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Morning rotas begin at 07:00 and finish at 14:30, afternoon rotas begin at 15:00 and finish at 18:30, and bed rotas begin at 19:00 and finish at 23:00. For mums with no childcare or for students who are at college/university during the day, the bed rotas offer a flexible option to earn extra money.
