NWCare is a Northern Ireland based company, one of Northern Ireland's leading domiciliary care agencies, serving the community for over 50 years.

Due to expansion of service in these areas, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

These positions offer an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those in your care. We are recruiting home care assistants to cover both full time and part time rotas in Warrenpoint/Rostrevor. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.

We work a 4/3 rota pattern – Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday – Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We have morning and afternoon rotas available beginning 07:00 – 18:30. For mums with no childcare or for students who are at college/university during the day, the bed rotas offer a flexible option to earn extra money.

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle

  • QCF Level 3 in H
