NWCare is a Northern Ireland based company and we do NOT offer sponsorship. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our team in Limavady/Dungiven. This role involves providing high-quality support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. All positions are paid, and offer an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs, including assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support Service Users with medication administration and health monitoring as required.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Document care activities accurately and report any concerns to senior staff.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
