We are recruiting home care assistants to cover both full time and part time rotas in Warrenpoint/Rostrevor. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.
We work a 4/3 rota pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
The morning rotas begin at 07:00 and finish at 14:30; afternoon rotas begin at 15:00 and finish at 18:30; and the put to bed rotas begin at 19:00 and finish at 23:00.
For mums with no childcare or for students who are at college/university during the day, the bed rotas offer a flexible option to earn extra money.

- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Able to promote and deliver person centred care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
