Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency supporting the community in healthcare for over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants for Cityside, Derry.
We have morning (07:00 - 14:30), afternoon (15:00 - 18:30) and evening rotas (19:00 - 23:00) available.
Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate.

Requirements:
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Able to promote and deliver person centric care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
- Care about the community they live in
- QCF level 3 in H
