NWCare is one of the leading providers of domiciliary care in Northern Ireland, serving the community for well over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants to cover afternoon rotas in Claudy.
We work a 4/3 rota pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
The afternoon rotas are 15:00 - 18:30. For mums with no childcare or for students who are at college/university during the day, the evening rotas offer a flexible option to earn extra money.

Requirements:
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Able to promote and deliver person centred care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised, professional, and caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
- Care about the community they live in
- QCF level 3 in H & SC
