Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. These positions offer an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those in your care.
We are recruiting home care assistants for West Belfast. We have evening (19:00 – 23:00) rotas available. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle. We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. The evening rotas especially suit busy mums with no childcare through the day and students.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 to 07:00.
Qualifications & Requirements- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Able to promote and deliver person-centred care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised, professional and caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care

- QCF level 3 in H & SC
