Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

These positions offer an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those in your care. We are recruiting a home care assistant for a sit in Belfast. The successful applicant will not necessarily require a driving licence. The sit will be in a location in Belfast where you will attend to the needs of the Service User. The hours are varied on a 4/3 rota and will be discussed at interview. You will work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday week one and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, week two.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate.

Driving is not required for this position as it is a sit. Able to promote and deliver person-centred care. Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care. Be well organised/professional/caring. Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care. Care about the community they live in. QCF Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent or above.
