We are a growing restaurant operator in the UK and are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Architect to support our ongoing refurbishment, fit‑out and minor extension projects across multiple locations. The successful candidate will work closely with our in‑house project team, external CDM Principal Designer, Building Regulations Principal Designer, M&E consultants and contractors. This is initially a freelance/contract position with the potential for a long‑term working relationship.

Scope of Services

  • Preparation and amendment of existing and proposed GA drawings.
  • Production of technical drawing packages for refurbishment projects.
  • Kitchen refurbishment and back‑of‑house layout coordination.
  • HVAC and extraction system coordination with M&E consultants.
  • Fire compartmentation and fire stopping drawing coordination.
  • Minor extension and alteration drawing packages.
  • Coordination with Building Control and external consultants.
  • Review of contractor drawings and technical submissions.
  • Preparation of landlord submission drawings where required.
  • As‑built drawing updates.
  • Design coordination throughout project delivery.
