The Manager of Sterile Processing is responsible for managing, organizing, and supervising the sterile processing areas, case cart delivery, instrument delivery, core sterilization processes, and related functions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as CMS, DNV, AORN, and AMMI. Minimum Job Qualifications
- Licensed as an RN in Georgia or hold a relevant healthcare certification within two years of hire.
- BSN or MSN for RNs; Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field, Bachelor's preferred for non-RNs.
- Management experience in SPD in an acute care setting: 3 years with a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years with an Associates Degree.
- Membership in a professional organization within one month of hire.

- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field within five years of hire.
