The role involves supporting professional practice, quality initiatives, and clinical governance within the department.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Licensed as an RN in Georgia or hold a relevant healthcare certification within two years of hire.
  • BSN or MSN for RNs; Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field, Bachelor's preferred for non-RNs.
  • Management experience in SPD in an acute care setting: 3 years with a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years with an Associates Degree.
  • Membership in a professional organization within one month of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field within five years of hire.
