Northease Manor School is looking to recruit a full time groundskeeper. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming SEND school where you can enrich lives and truly make a difference.
To work proactively and independently under the direction of the Site Manager, ensuring the school’s external grounds and outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standard. This role requires extensive horticultural knowledge, including expertise in the care and cultivation of a wide variety of trees, shrubs, plants, and flowers. The Groundskeeper will ensure the grounds are safe, attractive, and supportive of learning throughout the changing seasons, contributing to a calm and welcoming environment for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
As a member of Northease Manor School staff, you are expected to perform any reasonable duties as may be assigned by the Site Manager or a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
