Quantity Surveyor in Penarth

Roles & Responsibilities

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
• To prepare project costing;
• To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.

Qualifications

• § Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,
• § Fresh to 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm
• § Strong understanding of construction processes.
• § Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• § Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• § Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
