Roles & Responsibilities
- To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
- To prepare project costing;
- To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
- To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.
Qualifications
- § Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,
- § Fresh to 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm
- § Strong understanding of construction processes.
- § Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- § Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- § Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
