Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying;
- Minimum 10 & above years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm;
- Strong understanding of construction processes;
- Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities;
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
